TWO men have been charged with rape over an incident at a Bournemouth town centre shop.
Farid Ghorzanig, 22, and Amir Wallezadeh, 18, both of no fixed abode, appeared at Bournemouth Magistrates Court yesterday charged with rape.
Police launched an investigation following reports of an alleged sexual assault on a 23-year-old Bournemouth woman in Commercial Road at 10pm on Sunday.
The men were formally committed to Bournemouth Crown Court and are due to appear on Tuesday.
Both men have been remanded in custody. A cordon around the former The Discovery Store, on Commercial Road, has been lifted.
